We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team at East County Schools Federal Credit Union. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining digital media content, including social media posts, website content, and email campaigns, as well as participating in our advocacy program and representing the credit union to members and potential members.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of marketing experience, including public relations, advertising, business writing, and digital marketing expertise. A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or equivalent, combined with employment in a financial institution, is preferred.
The responsibilities of the Marketing Specialist include:
- Creating and maintaining digital media content for various channels
- Designing and creating print marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and posters
- Coordinating benefit fairs, promotional events, and credit union special events
- Participating in our advocacy program and representing the credit union to members and potential members
- Supporting outreach efforts to district employee new hires and recognizing employee achievements
