Requirements
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Product Management
- Oversee the high quality, timely delivery, and evolution of existing products for the models used by our financial investors including hedge fund (equity, debt, long/short) clients.
- Manages a weekly note to clients about the most relevant and engaging topics in energy capital markets.
- Lead and facilitate discussions related to East Daley’s supply outlook across the Natural Gas, Crude Oil, and NGL teams, tying the impact of fundamental supply & demand in commodity markets to energy capital markets.
2. Product Development
- Coordinating and executing efforts across the Sales, Marketing, and Data teams to ensure new products or product iterations meet the needs of the market and are impactful.
- Ensure the most salient market data is easy for East Daley and clients to visualize, access, and use in our/their workflow.
- The ability to simplify the current product, focusing on bringing visibility to variables where we have high conviction (high signal/noise).
3. Marketing
- Creates periodic market update presentations highlighting the impact of fundamental supply & demand in commodity markets to energy capital markets.
- Coordinating and leading discussions in market update calls with 3rd parties such as large financial institutions.
- Managing communication with multiple media outlets such as the Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, and Reuters regarding market events.
4. Sales
- Adept at leading client and prospect calls regarding the market while leveraging EDA’s research and Energy Data Studio online platform.
- Ability to listen to client and market needs that can be used for product enhancements and adaptations.
5. Data
- Maintain Quality Assurance for the financial models and think innovatively about how to best deliver the product to the market with improved data organization and visualization.
6. Consulting
- Initiative-taking in managing the communication and delivery of consulting projects, including coaching other analysts. This includes the ability to clearly articulate the key takeaways in addition to coaching the team on delivery execution.

Education/Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience in a customer-facing role.

Salary range is $100,000 - $150,000 plus bonus opportunities depending on experience.
