Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with educational standards and cater to the needs of all students.
- Educate students in various subjects, including but not limited to reading, mathematics, science, history, and Bible
- Utilize the Abeka curriculum, incorporating hands on learning.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to foster a supportive educational community.
- Assess student progress through standardized testing and provide feedback to support their academic growth.
- Create an inclusive classroom environment that accommodates special education needs and promotes positive behavior.
- Organize and participate in extracurricular activities that encourage student engagement and physical fitness.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and behavioral reports.
