East End Bistrot is seeking an experienced PART TIME fine dining server.
East End Bistrot offers a luxurious and unique French dining experience in Raleigh. We pride ourselves in providing a welcoming world-class experience with beautiful ambiance, exquisite food & wine, and impeccable service.
We have a small diverse and talented front-of-house team and are looking to add an individual who can provide the service our guests love and expect nightly.
*Responsibilities*
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve food and beverages promptly
- Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction
- Clear tables efficiently
- Handle cash and credit card transactions
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely service
*Requirements*
- Minimum of two years' experience in fine dining or upscale dining
-Strong food and beverage knowledge
- Knowledge of basic math for handling payments
- Familiarity with Toast POS is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills to interact with guests and kitchen staff
- Willingness to learn about culinary offerings and fine dining etiquette
