Job Title: General Laborer / Debur Operator	Title of Direct Manager: Quality Manager

Position Summary:

Assist manufacturing with various ancillary tasks in support of the efficient and safe manufacturing of parts.

Essential Functions: Tasks within the laborer’s role may vary greatly depending on the daily needs of production and specific areas assigned. Typical tasks performed in this role include but are not limited to the following:

Deburring of parts – manually or operating debur machine.
Tapping holes in parts.
Creating packaging / crates for parts to be transported to customers.
- Assist with kitting parts
  - General cleaning of the plant.

Qualifications, Education, Knowledge, Training, Work Experience:

High School Diploma or Equivalent or working towards designation
Ability to safely and efficiently operate cranes, hoists, lifts, etc.
Flexible and adaptable, willing to do whatever is asked, in whatever area of the plant necessary.

Safety Considerations:

It is the responsibility of all employees to comply with all Company safety practices and rules and render every possible aid to maintain safe operations.
Protective Eye Wear, hearing protection, and steel toe footwear required throughout the plant.

Physical Demands and Environment:

Constant exposure to a manufacturing setting.
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time to operate machines efficiently.
Must have the dexterity to handle various objects necessary to complete the essential functions.
Must be able to withstand loud noises, extreme heat, and lift up to 50 lbs. safely.
