About the Position
This is a part-time position that offers up to 29 hours of work per week. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently. You will be working closely with our maintenance team to ensure that all areas of the facility are kept tidy and free from hazards.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of all areas of the facility
- Assist with snow removal from walkways and areas not plowed
- Set up for both internal and external groups using facilities
- Open and close building as necessary
- Perform general maintenance tasks related to the upkeep and operation of the facility
- Recommend maintenance issues to the maintenance director as needed
Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- No experience required; custodial or housekeeping experience preferred
