Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have prior experience working with special needs children, possess effective writing and verbal communication skills, and be able to establish a supportive and compassionate relationship with students. You must also be able to pass a criminal background check, pre-employment drug screening, and TB test. The ideal candidate will be physically able to bend, twist, kneel, stoop, run, and crawl, and demonstrate the ability to reach in all directions, lift 40 lbs, and carry 20 lbs.
