Town of East Hampton-Seasonal Office Assistant Positions, $25.0493 per hour.
The employees in these positions are responsible for supporting office operations and must demonstrate a high level of customer service and professionalism when dealing with members of the community and other employees.
Duties include answering phones, filing, entering data, reviewing paperwork for accuracy and completion, scanning files, reconciling receipts of cash, and performing related duties as required. The minimum qualifications are graduation from a standard high school or possession of a high school diploma, and knowledge of basic math skills and Microsoft Office Suite.
These positions are scheduled for 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday, and may increase to 40 hours per week beginning May 15, 2025, through September 15, 2025.
Bilingual language skills are a plus, but are not mandatory.
