Responsibilities:

• Communication: Collaborate with stakeholders and communicate underwriting decisions.
• Documentation: Prepare detailed reports for record-keeping and audits.
• Policy Development: Stay updated on industry trends and contribute to policy enhancement.
• Customer Interaction: Engage with clients for information gathering and guidance.
• Decision Making: Make informed underwriting decisions based on thorough analysis.
• Quality Assurance: Review processes for consistency, accuracy, and compliance.
• Training: Provide training and mentorship to junior underwriters.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify process improvement opportunities.
• Client Relationships: Maintain positive relationships with clients.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.

Proven underwriting experience.

Strong analytical and communication skills.

Knowledge of financial regulations and trends.

Detail-oriented with proficiency in underwriting tools.
