Responsibilities:
- Office Management:
- Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and event arrangements for team members.
- Administrative Support:
- Assist with document preparation, including reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Maintain accurate records and organize electronic and physical files.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages when necessary.
- Financial Assistance:
- Collaborate with the finance team to process invoices, reports, and reimbursements promptly.
- Assist in maintaining financial records and tracking expenses.
- Prepare basic financial reports as needed.
- Communication and Coordination:
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and other departments.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and direct inquiries appropriately.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
- Special Projects:
- Support ad-hoc projects related to finance, compliance, or business development.
- Conduct research and compile data for various initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
