Job Title: Middle School Student Experience & Programming Coordinator
205 Day Contract
Reports To: School Principal & Director of Operations
Position Summary:
A Middle School Student Experience Coordinator focuses on enhancing and managing the overall experience of students within a middle school setting. This role is geared towards creating a positive, engaging, and supportive environment that caters specifically to the developmental needs of middle school students. The Student Experience & Programming Coordinator will oversee the middle school athletic and extracurricular programs to ensure the successful management of each sport. This will include hiring, scheduling, budgeting, and ensuring compliance. This position will also include supervision responsibilities, responding to minor disciplinary infractions, and community building.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as teacher or school administrator - preferably middle school
Experience with athletic programming and development
Experience with student discipline
Experience in project management
Experience in social media promotion
Experience in strategic planning, program evaluation, and cycles of continuous improvement
Experience working collaboratively with others

Coach Development (selection, training, evaluation)

Team Rostering/Team Fees (physicals, permissions, forms, stat management)
