Utility/General Laborer - Nights
East Jordan Plastics, Inc. is currently seeking a Plant Utility/General Laborer. The primary function is the safe and proper us of equipment, placement of and movement of product and materials while maintain a clean and safe work environment for all.
Responsibilities:
- Operate HI-LO and other equipment is a safe manner
- Provide support to the plant in relationship to the movement of product and material and supplies.
- Moving recycling material to and from staging area
- Keeping outside facility grounds clean and free from hazards (salting walkways, picking up debris, and other duties)
- Light janitorial work inside the plant
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environment
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age
- Have 1-year HI-LO experience
- Have a valid driver’s license
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical
