• nel.Prepares and monitors the training plan progress of all Power Delivery Maintenance personnel to ensure the appropriate combination of on-the-job training, in-house training programs, and external training sessions are being satisfactorily completed to develop the knowledge and skill needed for progression in the skill-based p
• lan.Maintains documentation and records of training completed by Power Delivery Maintenance person
• nel.Maintains documentation of skill-based testing levels and status within the Power Delivery te
• ams.Develops and delivers in-house training presentations for Power Delivery staff on the operation, maintenance, and testing of EKPC's Power Delivery ass
