In the Medical Director role, the ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing medical protocols, ensuring excellent patient care, and providing high-quality veterinary services to our clients and their beloved pets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the medical team to ensure exceptional patient care and client service.
- Perform comprehensive medical examinations, diagnoses, and treatments for animals.
- Develop and implement medical protocols in line with best practices and industry standards.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve clinic goals and maintain high standards of care.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to veterinary staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with all legal and ethical veterinary standards.
