What are the responsibilities and job description for the Extended School Year Paraprofessionals position at East Longmeadow Public Schools?
The Role:
Extended School Year (ESY) Paraprofessionals support students with disabilities during the summer session by assisting certified staff in implementing individualized education programs (IEPs) and maintaining a structured, supportive learning environment. ESY runs from July 7 to August 7, 8:30-11:30 Monday through Thursday. 13 hours/week. Paraprofessionals are paid their hourly rate plus an additional $3/hour.
