What are the responsibilities and job description for the Safety Manager position at East Manufacturing?
East Manufacturing in Randolph, Ohio, is currently seeking a Full-Time Safety professional for our semi-trailer manufacturing facility. This position will work day shift, Monday through Friday, although some flexibility may be required at times.
The ideal candidate will need to have at least 4-5 years of safety experience in a formal setting. A minimum of 2-year college degree is preferred, but any candidate with commensurate safety experience will be considered. Qualified candidates will be proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook, and should excel in personal communications and training employees. W*_e are specifically seeking someone who has been instrumental in implementing a Behavioral Based Safety Program, like Dupont Stop or other related program.*_
Job duties will include, but are not limited to: performing safety training, evaluating jobs and creating JSA's, risk hazard analysis, root cause investigations, and other duties as assigned.
