What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Relations Specialist FRONT DESK and PHONES position at East Mountain Veterinary Service?
Responsibilities:
- Act as the face of our veterinary hospital by interacting with clients, answering phone calls/texts, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Perform administrative tasks, appointment scheduling and record keeping in accordance to hospital policies.
- Process client payments and manage client flow.
- Make sure clients are helped timely.
- Use critical thinking to determine what service the client needs, and accurately complete corresponding forms.
- Work independently, efficiently, and complete a variety of admin job assignments .

Pay is dependent on education and experience, frequent merit increases and bonuses throughout the year.
