Duties :
- Adhere to New Jersey Early Childhood Teaching and Learning Standards.
- Develop and present engaging lesson plans utilizing the Early Childhood curriculum.
- Collaborate with Child Study Team Members and Related Services Personnel to develop and implement Individualize Education Programs.
- Collaborate with therapy personnel to reinforce therapy goals and objectives.
- Communicate with parents / guardians continuously to enlist their support. (i.e. letters, phone calls, emails and Classroom DoJo)
- Utilize age-appropriate SEL strategies to address emotional self-regulation deficits.
