Job Overview
As an Inventory Analyst at ShipOffers, you will play a key role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our inventory across multiple facilities. You'll be responsible for conducting audits, analyzing data, and collaborating with teams to resolve discrepancies. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to implement process improvements. It's a dynamic role where you'll contribute directly to optimizing warehouse efficiency while growing within the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough audits and hard counts across all facilities to maintain accurate inventory data.
- Collaborate with the audit team to ensure product counts are accurate and updates are reflected in the WMS.
- Analyze WMS reports and inventory data to identify discrepancies, investigate root causes, and drives resolutions.
- Develop and manage audit cycle count schedules to ensure data reliability and integrity.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to streamline audit efforts and enhance overall warehouse efficiency.
- Lead the integration of audit processes into the new Warehouse Management System.
- Create and utilize Excel spreadsheets for data analysis, reporting, and collaboration across departments.
- Provide regular updates to the audit manager and warehouse technology director on challenges, solutions, and project progress.
- Strong analytical skills and an eye for detail are essential.
- The ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Experience with warehouse management systems and advanced Excel skills.
- A collaborative attitude that thrives in a dynamic environment.
- A self-starter who is passionate about finding process improvements and excited about the opportunity to grow within the company.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Software such as Extensiv 3PL, Deposco, etc.
- Familiarity with warehouse/logistics management and/or operations.
- In-person, five days a week required.
- Salary: $55,000 - $60,000
