Your Leadership Responsibilities

• Lead the Team: Be the guiding force for your team. Set the tone, inspire excellence, and ensure seamless coordination of warehouse operations.
• Foster Communication: Create a culture of open communication. Act as a bridge between team members and management, ensuring clarity and cohesion in every task.
• Manage with Purpose: Oversee daily operations like picking, packing, and prepping. Assign roles, track progress, and ensure the team consistently hits productivity targets.
• Coach & Mentor: Take an active role in developing your team. Provide hands-on training, offer constructive feedback, and ensure every member has the tools to succeed.
• Champion Safety: Lead by example in adhering to safety protocols. Manage forklift certifications, enforce compliance, and ensure a secure workplace for all.
• Drive Efficiency: Monitor inventory levels, manage weekly returns, and ensure the warehouse operates with peak accuracy and organization.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Proven Leadership: At least 1 year of leadership experience and 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment, including a track record of leading teams or supervising operations.
• Strong Skills: Exceptional organizational, decision-making, and time management abilities.
• Clear Communicator: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to delegate effectively and inspire confidence.
• Physically Capable: Comfortable with walking or standing for 95% of the workday and lifting up to 50lbs.
• Safety-Focused: A strong commitment to safety protocols and a history of fostering safe work environments.

Requirements

• Must be able to work weekends.
• 2 years of warehouse experience.
• Minimum of 1 year being in a supervisory role.
  
  

Additional Details

• Salary: Starting at $25.00 per hour.
• Shift: Five days in-person including one weekend day.
