Seasonal Intern Position
The East Otter Tail Soil and Water Conservation District is seeking two motivated individuals to fill Seasonal Intern positions. One position will be based in our Perham office, while the other will be based in our Wadena office.
About Us
We are a Soil and Water Conservation District that works with local landowners and partners to implement soil and water conservation practices and programs. Our team provides technical assistance and support for various district programs as directed by the District Manager.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to SWCD staff in implementing soil and water conservation practices and programs.
- Assist with technical assistance and support for various district programs.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must be interested in pursuing a career in Agronomy, Conservation and Natural Resource Management, Environmental Science, Soil Science, or Soil and Water Conservation Technology. You must also meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Hold a valid driver's license.
- Be able to lift at least 70 pounds.
- Be able to walk over rough terrain.
