Responsibilities
Responsible for the mechanical installation, maintenance and service of industrial batteries, chargers and battery changing equipment at the customer’s facility. Someone with excellent mechanical ability, general electrical knowledge and good customer service and communication skills is a good candidate.
*Dealing with customer complaints and down equipment.
Travels to customer locations.
Evaluates battery and charging equipment.
Must be able to make on‑site repairs of batteries and chargers.
Must be able to create and maintain documents explaining customer's fleet by type, amp hour, repairs, recommendations, billing, and repairs.
*Maintains regular attendance.*Ability to work mandatory over time.Performs other duties as requested by Management.Responsible for producing a high quality product.Responsible for proper hygiene, housekeeping, and safety practices.Equal Opportunity Employer.*These tasks are considered essential elements of the job.
Qualifications
Mechanical ability. Electrical background, AC/DC a plus. A valid drivers license and good driving record, strong communication skills, and self motivation.
