03 / 02 / 2025 The East Penn School District is seeking outstanding applicants for the position of Principal at Willow Lane Elementary School. This is a full-time, 12 month position beginning in July 2025.
The Elementary School Principal directs and supervises the operation of the elementary school. He / she is responsible for the continuous development, improvement, and evaluation of the educational program within the framework of the district's philosophy and established goals. The Elementary School Principal provides primary leadership in all aspects of management, administration, and instructional improvement in the school.

Status (FLSA) : 12 month position, exempt, salaried
Reporting Relationships :
- Ascending : Assistant Superintendent
- Descending : All district personnel within the Elementary School
Qualifications :
Education : Masters Degree and extensive graduate course work in administration.
Certification : Must hold or be eligible for Pennsylvania certificate as a K-12 principal, elementary or secondary principal.
Experience : Five years of satisfactory experience as a school professional. Three years experience as a building administrator preferred.
