You’ll be the face of our dining establishment, responsible for everything from greeting guests to ensuring seamless table service and a memorable visit.

Key Responsibilities 

• Great guests and escort them to tables 

• Provide menus while answering dining related questions and suggesting food and beverage items 

• Take food and beverage orders, relay orders to kitchen, and serve food to guests 

• Monitor tables to ensure all guests are served promptly 

• Coordinate amenity delivery request in connection with the kitchen department 

• Maintain stock and cleanliness of meal stations with necessary equipment including silverware, linen, and condiments 

• Clear dirty table settings and prepare table for resetting 

• Collect and process guest payments 

• Total receipts at end of shift to verify sales and clear cash register 

• Ensure tips are reported properly for tax processing 

• Answer telephone calls and process phone orders 

• Schedule dining reservations and arrange parties or special services 

• Address guest complaints 

• Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures including reporting accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management 

• Complete any and all other work as required to complete primary purpose of the position 

Required Qualifications 

• Certifications: Obtain Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications within 60 days of hire. 

• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, squat, and stand for extended periods. 

• Availability: Flexible to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays. 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Experience: At least 6 months in customer service, restaurant, or cashier roles. 

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent. 

• Technology Skills: Experience with Micros operating system.
