Experienced Veterinary Clinic Customer Service Representative

Job Summary
We are seeking an individual that is dedicated and compassionate to join our team of Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support while assisting with inquiries related to veterinary services. Your knowledge of veterinary terminology and animal care will be essential in ensuring a positive experience for our clients and their pets.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, text, email, and in-person, providing accurate information regarding services offered.
• Utilize veterinary terminology to assist clients in understanding their pets' needs and available treatments.
• Schedule appointments and manage client records efficiently and according to clinic protocol.
• Provide support in medical collections as needed, maintaining professionalism and empathy.
• Collaborate with veterinary staff to relay important information regarding patient care and client concerns.
• Educate clients on animal husbandry practices and proper care techniques.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area, contributing to a welcoming environment for clients.

Requirements

• Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
• Strong knowledge of veterinary terminology is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
• Strong cash handling skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
