Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our dynamic kitchen team. As a Dishwasher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized. This position is essential for supporting our culinary staff in delivering exceptional dining experiences in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment.

Must have reliable transportation.

Duties

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and kitchen floors by sweeping and mopping as needed.
• Organize and store clean dishes and kitchen items in their designated areas.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations regarding food handling and sanitation.
• Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to the kitchen manager.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during peak hours.

Experience

• Previous experience in a restaurant, food service, hotel, or banquet setting is preferred but not required.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent teamwork skills and a positive attitude towards collaboration in the kitchen.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
