The Behavioral Health Technician is responsible for ensuring basic safety and security for all Residents. The Behavioral Health Technician monitors, reflect, and redirect Residents to ensure that they are receiving opportunities for training and growth in the least restrictive environment as possible. The Behavioral Health Technician provides Waiver services as is indicated on the consumers’ Individual Program Plans.
