What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Coordinator position at East Ridge Health Systems?
Coordinates all maintenance operations of the agency’s buildings and grounds as necessitated by every day activity and the regular operations of staff and equipment. Responsible for maintaining preventive and applied maintenance techniques in order to overcome technical problems. Uses independent judgment in prioritizing the completion of multiple jobs simultaneously on a non-routine schedule. Plans work projects, reviews completed work sites to assess problems, and implements corrective action when necessary. Supervises the Operations Custodial Worker and Maintenance Assistant.
