We are looking for a motivated and experienced Framing Site Supervisor to join our team at East River Contracting in the Midwest!. As a Framing Site Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing the construction of residential and commercial framing projects. Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with project management to establish project timelines and schedules
- Supervise framing crews and subcontractors on-site to ensure work is completed to company standards
- Monitor and enforce safety regulations to create a safe work environment
- Manage material deliveries and inventory to maintain project efficiency
- Knowledge of construction techniques and best practices
- Communicate effectively with project managers to provide progress updates and address any concerns
Requirements:
- Experience in residential or commercial framing
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team of workers effectively.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and other safety standards.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Spanish/English Bilingual is a bonus
