Location: Knoxville, Tn.
Employment Status: Full-time
Hourly rate: $17.00
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Complete telephone screening calls with clients to determine if they may be eligible for home support services.
- Provide information, assistance, and referrals to clients.
- Make referrals to various home support programs within the ET Area Agency on Aging for more in depth assessments.

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited two year college or a combination of a high school education and experience working for a social service agency or department;
- Good interviewing and assessment skills;
- Good organizational, interpersonal, and decision making skills; or
- Any equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- Valid TN driver license.
