We are seeking an Information Research Technician to support our dynamic and growing residency program. In this role, you’ll play a role in ensuring the smooth operation of our program, assisting residents, faculty, and leadership in managing key administrative tasks, scheduling, and compliance requirements.
What You’ll Do:
- Keep the Program Running Smoothly – Oversee evaluations, track certifications, process reimbursements, and ensure all documentation is up to date.
- Support Our Residents – Coordinate rotation schedules, assist with performance improvement plans, and manage residency-related events like graduation and volunteer activities.
- Be a Key Player in Recruitment – Help organize interviews, manage candidate documents, and support the resident selection process.
- Plan & Organize Special Events – Coordinate the ACP Abstract Competition, graduation ceremony, and resident volunteer opportunities.
- Work with a Collaborative Team – Serve as a point of contact for residents, faculty, and staff, ensuring effective communication and organization.

Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 (One) year of experience in an administrative, clerical, or similar role
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Higher Education or Medical Education
