We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Receptionist/Assistant to join our team. Duties
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage incoming calls using phone systems, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records.
- Utilize Google Suite for document creation, scheduling, and communication.
- Support calendar management by scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
- Provide general office support including filing, organizing documents, and maintaining office supplies.
- Assist with customer support inquiries, addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with team members on various projects as needed.
Skills
- Proficiency in data entry with a strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Word, Excel and QuickBooks.
- Previous experience in an office or clerical role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Experience with calendar management and scheduling.
- Knowledge of phone systems for handling calls efficiently.
- Excellent customer support skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to act as a personal assistant when required, demonstrating flexibility and initiative.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Fluent in English and Spanish is a requirement.
