What are the responsibilities and job description for the Henderson County Receptionist position at East Texas Crisis Center?
Front desk coverage and first point of contact, by phone and in person, with victims of family violence, sexual assault, and other violent crimes. In Henderson County.
Provide telephone and front desk coverage. Schedule and confirm client appointments.
Conduct new client intakes and ensure completion of appropriate paperwork. Assign new client numbers daily, create new client files, and maintain computerized client file database. Attach required forms to gather client statistical data.
Provide crisis intervention, information and referral and follow-up with clients as necessary.
Perform dally data entry of client services statistics and prepare monthly summary reports.
Assist with maintaining & ordering office/program supplies
Maintain general order and cleanliness of work area. Monitor lobby and waiting areas; keep reception area neat and orderly on a daily basis.
Attend weekly staff meetings when necessary and other duties as requested by supervisor.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
