Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including bedrooms, getting them ready for new clients, dining area shared living spaces.
- Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning to maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
- Manage housekeeping duties effectively, ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Sanitate surfaces and high-touch areas to promote health and safety standards.
- Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring they are clean and well-presented.
- Assist with custodial responsibilities in shared spaces to maintain overall cleanliness.
- Occasionally prepare simple meals or snacks as required for residents or guests.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and cleaning products is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player when necessary.
