Beginner Automobile Sales Trainee

We are currently hiring for someone who we can train to become a Sales Professional at our local car dealership located in the heart of Mount Pleasant, Texas. There's absolutely NO EXPERIENCE to start. We believe in promoting from within our organization, not simply hiring outside management to come in and supervise the person that we have taken the time and patience to train. We prefer to promote from within our current staff. So if you are looking to get in on the ground floor and work your way up the ladder of success, then you should certainly apply. Currently we are offering a few different shift options...

• (A) Option #1 is Monday ~ Saturday, From 8am to 8pm (Best Paying) ~ Preferred
• or (B) Next Option is Monday ~ Friday, *Saturday (opt), From 8am to 4pm (Split Pay)
• or (C) Next Option is Monday ~ Friday, *Saturday (opt), From 12pm to 8pm (Split Pay)

*opt stands for optional

Duties include, but are not limited to...

Assisting in the buying process of new inventory

Overseeing the process of detailing the unit correctly

Learning to take pictures of inventory listed for sale

Posting the inventory to multiple car buying sites, as well as social media

Learning the art of presenting the vehicle to a possible customer

Going through the sell process with customer

Signing buyer to a legal/binding contract of the purchase of their new automobile

Taking inventory to get State Inspected

Running Errands for business purposes

Copying, scanning, faxing

Keeping your desk area and sales floor area clean at all times

Pay: $2,000.00 - $6,850.00 per month
