Our company seeks a hard-working individual over the age of 24 to join our team full-time as Office Assistant with knowledge of the oil and gas industry—a busy, fast-paced office looking for mature office assistant.
Work Location: Odessa, TX 79761: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Bi-lingual is a plus but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday
- Weekend Work 1 once a month
- Holiday Schedule will be assigned.

Experience:
- QuickBooks: 2 years (Required)
· The Office Assistant will be responsible for maintaining office operations,
· Receiving and distributing communications,

General clerical duties:
· Including & entering orders into QuickBooks,
· photocopying,
· Emailing
· Candidate should be proficient in all of Microsoft Office
· Daily Filing
· Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
· Prepare and modify shipping tickets with orders from customers, including pricing
· Correspondence with the corporate office for purchase orders and proof of deliveries
Skills/Qualifications: 2 Years of Oilfield Experience,
Office Experience: 5 yrs
Must be able to pass a background and drug test
