Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and tire rotations
- Repair and replace faulty components, including brakes and electrical systems
- Inspect and test equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Document all work performed, including hours worked and materials used
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; vocational or community college coursework preferred
- 2 years of experience in heavy truck maintenance and repair
- Diesel engine repair certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
