Job Summary
We are seeking Entry level and Experienced Installation Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting various systems and equipment. This role requires a strong understanding of computer hardware, networking, and mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 1099 contract position
- Prescreening will be required to meet compliance of background screening, driver's license, vehicle and tools.
- Daily use of personal Truck, Van or SUV required. Must be large enough to haul ladder and other required tools and equipment.
Duties
- Install and configure equipment according to schematics and technical specifications.
- Utilize tools to diagnose issues and verify system functionality.
- Provide field service support, addressing customer inquiries and resolving technical problems in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other technicians to complete installations and service tasks effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and service calls for quality assurance purposes.
- Adhere to safety protocols while working with low voltage systems and equipment.
Skills (Preferred)
- Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics for various systems.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot hardware issues effectively.
- Experience in computer networking to facilitate seamless system integration.
- Familiarity with field service operations and customer service best practices.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
