This is a hands-on position requiring attention to detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to teamwork and punctuality. This position is located in Maple Plain, MN (20 minutes west of Minneapolis).

Key Responsibilities:
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders in a timely manner.
- Inbound Shipments: Receive and store incoming inventory.
- Inventory Management: Conduct physical inventories and cycle counts.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate a pallet stacker and hand trucks to facilitate the movement of palletized inventory throughout the facility.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and in compliance with safety standards.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to be on feet throughout the workday.
- Punctuality: Reliable transportation and a consistent ability to arrive on time for work.
- Experience: Prior warehouse experience is preferred, but not required.
