Overview
East West Bank is currently seeking a BSA Analyst I – OFAC
Responsibilities
- Review OFAC alerts and perform screening, communication with business units for information relating to OFAC reviews
- Keep abreast on various OFAC sanctions and related regulations
- Perform screenings related to FinCEN314a, 311 special measures, negative news, PEP, etc.
- Review and maintain various reports for accuracy, monitor and refer suspicious activities to the appropriate BSA units for further investigation
- Collaborate with team members
- Assume other responsibilities as needed
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of financial fraud, BSA or banking experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strength for accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to manage daily alert volumes and multitask
- Service oriented with sense of urgency, strong reasoning and analytical skills
- Basic PC literacy - Windows/Excel/PowerPoint
- Open to Pasadena, CA and Katy, TX locations
Professional working proficiency in Mandarin and or Cantonese is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of OFAC/Sanctions experience at a financial institution
Compensation
The base pay range for this position is USD $25.00/Hr. - USD $30.00/Hr. Exact offers will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.Salary : $25 - $30
