Job Description
Business Support Analyst Role
This position is part of the Centralized Operations Administration department and will be reporting to the Business Support Manager.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Centralized Operations department managers to write and edit standard operating procedures and/or create customized presentations, training materials, etc.
- Reviews, proofreads, and checks qualitative and quantitative content for accuracy.
- Plan, prepare, and facilitate training sessions (both in-person & virtual), conference calls, and meeting presentations as well as communications for the departments.
- Maintain the inventory and maintenance of standard operating procedures, presentations, and training.
- Stay abreast of banking operations, trends, and regulatory changes that could impact the division.
- Multi-tasking and ability to handle a high volume of requests/projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Assist with testing and setting up of process controls tied to the banks core and ancillary deposit applications. Track system issues to identify root cause and confirm issue resolution.
Qualifications
- Strong experience with branch operations policies and procedures.
- Must have strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Possess strong oral and written communication skills, as well as strong presentation skills.
- Proficiency with key PC software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project);
- Project management, planning, and organizational skills.
- Strong influencing skills.
- Comfortable with rapid pace and ambiguity.
- Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
