Responsible for underwriting, credit monitoring and portfolio management of Commercial Banking relationships to achieve efficiencies and quality of the process and product, retention and expansion of existing client relationship, growth of total client assets and net growth in relationships. Primary performance responsibilities include analyzing financial data to determine the merits of loan requests, recommending structure, as well as identifying cross selling/referring opportunities of other deposits services.
Responsibilities
Underwriting
- Analyze financial statements addressing industry risks, collateral requirements, loan structuring, pricing and credit analysis for recommendation to manager on lending decisions
- Make recommendation on structure of credit for approval
Credit monitoring
- Develop solutions for problem loan credit
- Responsible for credit risk and quality of portfolio
Portfolio Management
- Perform maintenance on portfolio of loans
- Maintain & expand client relationship
- Manage loan renewal process
Business Development
- Participate in community and business functions
- Develop other deposits services relationship
- Understand depository account opening process and required documentation.
- Interface with Global Treasury Service Team
Team Duties
- Disseminate weekly reports
- Collection of information and Submission of weekly/quarterly/annual reports to senior management.
- Submission of supplies requisition
- Other team needs as directed by manager
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or combination of education and directly related experience.
- 1-3 years Commercial Credit experience and/or background in Accounting is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of CRE including the ability to analyze tax returns, company financials and property financials is a plus.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, etc.), and able to adapt and learn bank technology platforms.
- Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously, taking ownership of discreet tasks while working as part of a team.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with senior management as well as clients, with focus on quality and integrity.
Compensation
The base pay range for this position is USD $25.00/Hr. - USD $35.00/Hr. Exact offers will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.Salary : $25 - $35
