Overview
East West Bank is currently seeking a Senior Account Services Manager for our Charter School and Non-Profit group. This position will work with the group’s Relationship Manager and team to deliver a seamless process to bring on new clients and maintain top level performance for existing clients. The focus will be on servicing banking needs across the portfolio. Primary responsibilities include managing KYC intake, developing account and service architecture, and working internally with other service areas to support the banking objectives of the clients
Responsibilities
- Develop, articulate and manage a process that moves new clients from initial contact through fully operational accounts and ensures that ongoing banking needs are proactively met
- A key aspect is developing account architecture and related services for each client to optimize a productive relationship with the Bank
- This role also includes being the point of contact for clients to address questions, concerns and provide services as needed.
- As the program grows, be able to manage junior support staff
- Facilitate initiation and booking of deposit services for the Charter School and Non-Profit portfolio. Partner with RMs and other EWB sales Professionals in the Treasury Management, Commercial Banking, Private Banking and other segments to acquire, expand and retain targeted client relationships.
- Provide superior client service as related to deposit and business loan services, taking ownership of client needs, problems, and requests, following through to ensure timely and accurate resolution.
- Completion of necessary forms and documentation, verifying accuracy of account openings on Bank’s deposit system and pulling NSF / OD, At-Risk and obtain appropriate approval for Waive / Exception items.
- Assist in deposit acquisition through understanding of business deposit products and partnering with Relationship Managers to execute business deposit services recommendations.
- Support the Portfolio Management process with prompt and accurate assessments and reporting.
- Contribute to credit underwriting through deposit and asset assessments
- Working with client and BSA and Compliance colleagues to obtain all appropriate documentation to clear prospective customers to open accounts at EWB
- Learn to act as an expert advisor for the clients.
- Understand credit policy and procedures
- Deal with all areas of the bank and all customer types to accomplish the needs of clients
- Maintain databases and results tracking as needed to support Charter School and Non-Profit clients business to both internal and external constituencies
- Ability to work within set timelines while maintaining quality and attention to detail
- Flexible and adaptable to a dynamic work environment
- Other projects as assigned by management

The base pay range for this position is USD $69,000.00 / Yr. - USD $80,000.00 / Yr. Exact offers will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
