Overview
As a member of our Product Management team, you will play a key role across our product development process from ideating the next disruptive innovation to grinding it out to get your killer feature shipped. You will leverage your full range of product skills, working closely with in-house design and engineering teams to launch and scale digital banking and personal finance products.
You will join a team of product managers in our Palo Alto office who are reimaging the future of banking.
Responsibilities
- Develop innovative, and industry- leading products that serve cross-border EWB customers and differentiate us from competitors (national and regional banks, emerging direct / challenger banks, and FinTech)
- Lead a complex product line, collaborating with and synthesizing the needs of teams across Product Management, Compliance, Central Operations, and Engineering
- Take broad, conceptual ideas and translate them into valuable digital banking solutions for both US-based and select international markets
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle-not just features-requiring you to manage and prioritize a wide range of products and features
- Provide strategic thinking and leadership
- Drive a data-driven product culture and contribute to high-level strategic decisions
- Partner with executive teams and cross-functional leaders on direction-setting
- Give and receive feedback from fellow PMs to continually raise the product quality bar
- Lead the product development process from ideation to design, planning, building, testing, release, and growth
- Stay current on product trends, drawing creative inspiration form both related and unrelated industries
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytic or other related field of study or equivalent work experience; MBA preferred
- 5 years of product management experience, ideally in consumer-facing technology or financial services
- Strong “get it done” attitude, paired with practical decision-making and adaptability
- Experience in the Financial industry-ideally in fintech or consumer banking
- Experience managing mobile apps is highly desirable
- Expertise in product strategy, roadmap, UX, feature definition, and integration with third-party platforms
- Proven track record of launching successful, innovative consumer-facing products
- Ability to differentiate products through deep understanding of user needs and behaviors
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills-able to clearly articulate product vision, gain stakeholder alignment, and make data-backed business cases
- Passion for building disruptive digital products that deliver real customer value
- Fluency in Mandarin highly preferred
Compensation
The base pay range for this position is USD $175,000.00/Yr. - USD $250,000.00/Yr. Exact offers will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.Salary : $175,000 - $250,000
