East West Hospitality is looking for a Maintenance Engineer III to join our award-winning resort team! In this role, you'll tackle a variety of hands-on maintenance tasks, ensuring our property stays in top shape for guests and owners alike. What You'll Be Doing :
- Handling a wide range of maintenance tasks, from plumbing and electrical work to carpentry, painting, and HVAC repairs.
- Responding to guest and owner service requests, diagnosing and resolving HVAC, plumbing, and electrical issues efficiently.
- Maintaining pools and hot tubs, performing daily chemical checks, adjustments, and minor equipment repairs.
- Conducting preventive maintenance inspections in guest units and common areas, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Assisting with snow removal, keeping pathways clear and safe during the winter months.
- Keeping detailed records of maintenance work, managing inventory, and recommending facility enhancements.

Minimum Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, HVAC systems, and general building techniques.
