Duties Include :
- General Building Maintenance
- Boiler Checks
- Pool Checks
- Light bulb changing in common area
- In room maintenance
- Cleaning and Organizing
- PM Checks
- VIP Checks
- Trouble shooting HVAC systems
- Respond to guest calls and colleague needs
- Respond to emergency situation
- Maintain the property
- Work on restaurant equipment
- Other duties as assigned
Location : The Aspen Mountain Residences, Managed by East West Hospitality - Aspen, CO
Employment Type : Full Time, Year Round
Start Date : ASAP
Pay Rate : $28-$29 / hour
Schedule : Require some flexibility from the employee
