East West Tea is seeking a talented, passionate, and experienced Inventory Coordinator to join our Warehouse team to ensure accurate inventory control, support efficient warehouse operations, and help drive continuous improvement across our supply chain.
The Inventory Coordinator is responsible for all facets of inventory management. Responsibilities include maintaining ERP and WMS system integrity, assure inventory and lot accuracy, and support proper stock rotation in compliance with all GMP’s and CFR111 regulations.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN:
Cycle Counting 60% of time
• Perform daily cycle counts of raw materials, packaging, intermediates, and finished goods
• Document variances and report trends
• Responsible for analysis and reconciliation of stock variances with root cause analysis
• Maintain cycle count location calendar and ensure compliance to counting schedule
• Investigate material discrepancies on Batch Production Records
• Responsible for EOY audit count accuracy
• Assists in managing QHLD, freight damage, returns, and other non-conforming materials
• Operate material handling equipment (e.g. stand-up reach forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, dock level, etc.)
Database Management 30% of time
• Oversee material moves between warehouses
• Manage inventory at offsite storage and 3PL locations
• Execute inventory activities related to new item setup. Creating/managing new item locations
• Support ERP Systems Applications
• Participate in warehouse reconfiguration planning and execution
KPI and Tracking 10% of time
• Establish metrics and provide reports to highlight cycle count performance levels
• Investigate reasons behind variance occurrences and communicate finds to management
• Monitor lot aging for raw material inventory and report out monthly
• Record and update tracking metrics with daily count data, analyze for trends and make recommendations for improvements
WHAT YOU KNOW AND HAVE EXPERIENCED:
• 3-5 years inventory control experience in manufacturing warehouse environment
• APICS or equivalent basic certification in inventory/supply chain preferred
• Must have current or ability to obtain forklift certification
• Motivated, quality focused with demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement
