Bell/Valet

Join our team at Residences Bachelor Gulch, managed by East West Hospitality. We are a boutique, fractional ownership property located in the heart of Bachelor Gulch.

We are looking for Valet / Bell staff to join our team! Our Valet/Bell Team Members have the unique opportunity to build relationships with our owners during their stays and are eligible to receive tips based on the service they offer our guests. Bell team members have been known to make as much as $30/hour with gratuities! We expect to offer our team a flexible schedule, perfect for ski season! Duties Include:

As the welcoming face of our Residence Club, you'll greet and assist guests with luggage and valet services, ensuring their arrival is smooth and stress-free. Your role includes providing an engaging introduction to the club as you guide guests to their residences, all while focusing on building long-term relationships with owners and employees. Whether it's driving shuttles to Vail's top restaurants, trails, or ski lifts, preparing cozy fires for s'mores, or managing long-term storage and shipping requests, you'll handle every interaction with professionalism. From answering calls and emails to ensuring personalized service, your attention to detail will enhance every guest's stay.

Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round

Schedule: We offer everyone a mixed schedule, flexibility is necessary: 6am-2:30pm, 7am-3:30pm, 10am-6:30pm, 12pm-8:30pm, 2pm-10:30pm, 3pm-11:30pm

Pay Rate: $15.00/ hour plus tips (with gratuities, our Bell team has been known to earn at least $30/hour; you earn based on how hard you work!)

The ideal candidate brings a high school diploma or GED, coupled with two years of hospitality experience, or an equivalent mix of education and training. With a strong foundation in hospitality principles and practices, they're also tech-savvy, proficient in software applications like Microsoft Office Suite, Opera PMS, and Alice. Exceptional customer service skills are a must, alongside a keen command of written English for polished emails and texts. A knack for engaging with diverse individuals, whether over the phone, via email, or in person, is essential. Familiarity with area events and club amenities is a big plus, and candidates should be comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds to assist guests as needed.
