Essential Responsibilities
- Maintain updated knowledge of assets specific to the company’s needs.
- Greet guests and confirm reservations.
- Provide excellent customer service and attention to detail.
- Maintain positive ongoing relationships.
- Maintain high ethical standards and professionalism.
- Multitask and prioritize as necessary to meet customer needs.
- Be in guest facing areas to assist guests.
- Maintain a good working relationship with tourist attractions, entertainment and places of historical interest in the Roaring Fork Valley.
- Must be able to work flexible hours and on weekends.
- Gives a high standard of quality of service and courtesy, bringing total satisfaction to our guests and the company.
- Represent the company with integrity and dedication.
Location: Snowmass Mountain Lodging
Start Date: ASAP
Employment Type: Full Time
Schedule: Flexible schedule, some nights, weekends and holidays required
Pay Rate: $24.00 hour

Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 1 year in the hospitality industry
- Must be detail oriented
- Must have great communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of Aspen and surrounding areas
- Must have the ability to stay calm under pressure
- Must have experience of Front Office, Guest Relations or Reservations operations.
Interpersonal Skills:
- Ability to acquire and maintain relationships i.e. colleagues, customers and vendors.
- Good communication skills (verbal, listening, writing).
