Viceroy Snowmass, located in Snowmass Village, CO is looking for a Host/Hostess to join our team. If you enjoy working as a part of a team and have a motivated and positive attitude, we would love to meet you!

Duties Include:

• Arrive on time for work, dressed in complete and proper uniform.
• Maintain cleanliness in the lounge, bar and hostess area.
• Prepare station and perform assigned opening side duties.
• Handling and organization of reservation book.
• Maintain standards of Viceroy’s personal grooming habits.
• Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of all menus.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Exceptional phone skills.
• Proficiency on Open Table.
• Communicate frequently and consistently with other members of the team and other colleagues during service.
• Perform all duties in a professional manner, both when dealing with guests and with other colleagues.
• Practice teamwork when interacting with all departments in the hotel.
• Understand and demonstrate the concept of making customers. Have an awareness of customer problems and potential problems. Inform manager to further our goals of customer-making.
• Perform all closing side duties, leaving station clean and set for the next shift.
• Perform additional duties as requested by management.

Start Date: May 15th 2025

Employment Type: Full Time Seasonal

Schedule: Flexible schedule, some nights, weekends and holidays required

Pay Rate: $19.00 / hour

Minimum Requirements

• Previous restaurant experience preferred.
